Pool closed for summer without advanced notice

The location is amazing and the units are nice but really frustrating that management closed the pool for repairs for the summer. We just signed the lease a month before they closed it and they didn’t disclose there were issues. Also the gym smells very musty like it flooded multiple times and hasn’t been properly remediated.
