Please avoid going out on the rooftop through the window and ensure minimal noise as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. Exterior security cameras are present, and tampering with them is prohibited. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original place. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if keys are not returned to the lockbox. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid system overload.
