Occupancy is limited to 4 guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Please ensure you keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property; please do not tamper with them. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
