You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. Entry to the home is by a digital keypad Yale lock. There are 2 parking bays accessible in the back alley. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for the whole stay with a maximum of 2 pets.

No confetti or glitter is allowed due to cleaning difficulties, with fines ranging from $150 to $300. No large pets are allowed, and small pets should not be on the furniture. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee of $50 applies for small pets, and no pets are allowed in pools or hot tubs with a $250 fine for violations. Extra cleaning fees ranging from $125 to $500 may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.
