The pool is not heated and the upper part is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool.
