Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please clean up after your pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. This property has an unsupervised water feature, and there is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. Please no glass in the pool area and place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are animals raised by locals near the property. For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
