The staff is always helpful, informative, and friendly. I also have to say that the maintenance team provides excellent customer service. I really enjoy the amenities the complex has to offer and have had a positive experience overall.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add illuminated signs with building information to help delivery drivers navigate the property more easily. Whenever I order through DoorDash, drivers often have difficulty locating my building, and I usually have to go... outside to meet them. Better signage and wayfinding could help ensure deliveries are brought directly to residents' doors and improve convenience for both residents and delivery services.

I recently reviewed my lease with 1900 Parmer Apartments, and I truly enjoy living here. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a responsive and supportive management team that consistently takes care of all my leasing needs. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled promptly, often on the same day.
The manager, Joshua, is especially wonderful to work with. He genuinely listens to my concerns and made my lease renewal process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His leasing team... is also very friendly and professional, which makes every interaction a positive experience.
Overall, the excellent service and care from the entire team make it an easy decision when it comes to renewing our lease.

Think I found my new home
Have to say such a great experience touring these apartments! The property itself is really nice clean, well kept, and the layout is what I love. I’m honestly so undecided because there’s a lot to like here! On top of that, the leasing agent Irene who helped me was amazing! so sweet, patient, and informative. She made the entire tour feel easy and welcoming. Definitely a great experience overall!

The vibe
One thing that stands out about 1900 Parmer is that it doesn’t feel overly crowded or chaotic, which can be hard to find in Austin. It strikes a good balance between being active enough to feel like a community, but quiet enough to still feel private.
