Beautiful apartment with excellent amenities. Kind and great staff at the leasing office. Every space is clean and ready for residents. Parking is huge and is cover. Amazing community!

I really appreciate Javier for the warm welcome and great tour. He was friendly and very helpful.
However, the application process was frustrating. I called multiple times and was finally told they were short-staffed and couldn’t give a timeline. I understand being short-staffed is hard, but I needed to schedule movers, a U-Haul, internet, and coordinate with family and friends. I needed at least 3 days’ notice, but got the approval only a couple of days before moving. I was also told by one... team member that I’d receive a $200 credit for the trouble, but later the manager, Megan, said that wouldn’t happen and dismissed it with unnecessary attitude. I get that things are stressful, but it could have been handled with more understanding.
I’m still happy to be moving in and thankful to Javier, but I hope the management team improves communication and follows through on what’s promised to future residents.
