Please ensure that the entrance gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised swimming pool on the premises. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool; a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
