Make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Carport and driveway parking are available, with additional parking on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. There are steep stairs at the property, so kindly observe safety and monitor children at all times. The City of Austin waste collection is on Friday for this property. Feel free to take out the trash and place it in the designated bins, and please refrain from using plastic bags in the recycling bins. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing, as failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes only, and fees may apply if tampered with. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
