Smoking, pets, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old and present for the entire reservation. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please use the left driveway for unit 1 only, and do not park in the right driveway or in front of it, as it belongs to the neighbors in unit 2. If you park in front of their driveway or in the driveway of unit 2, you will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
