Smoking is not allowed, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes, so please do not tamper with them. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
