Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $200, although the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Lighting candles inside the property is not allowed for safety reasons. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
