If you’re in the mood for a cookout, fire up the charcoal barbeque grill and dine al fresco under the open sky.
Parking is simple and stress-free with free driveway space for up to 2-3 vehicles. One pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee, and the pet should not be more than 30 lbs.
Nestled just four miles south of Downtown Austin, South Manchaca is a laidback, tree-lined neighborhood known for its charm and relaxed vibe. This peaceful, residential area offers quick access to some of Austin’s top attractions, including South Congress Ave, Central Market, and Sunset Valley Marketfair. With nearby greenbelts, parks, and a short commute to universities and hospitals, it’s the perfect blend of quiet comfort and city convenience. Nearby restaurants include Casa Maria, Sabor Venezolano Austin, Leroy and Lewis Barbecue, Veracruz All Natural and Cherry Creek Catfish. Nearby local attractions include Zilker Metropolitan Park, Museum of the Weird, McKinney Falls State Park, Thinkery and Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve. Nearby grocery stores include Dollar General, Randalls, Central Market, Sprouts Farmers Market and H-EB.
Occupancy is limited to 8 guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. There is a charcoal grill on site, and guests are kindly asked to bring their supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property, and guests should not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, guests are kindly requested to place it back in the lockbox before departing, and failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes, and guests should not tamper with them, as fees may apply. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Smoking is not allowed, and the minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed.
