Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building, and the HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
