Alexan Braker Pointe

I’ve lived here for about 8.5 months now, and I wanted to wait before writing a review so I could give an honest assessment. After this time, I can confidently say that the friendliness, honesty, and willingness of the management team to go out of their way for residents has been truly awesome.

I’ve had a couple of minor issues come up, nothing they had to fix, but they still went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. They’re always so friendly and... helpful. When I toured, Leann was amazing, and she even took the extra step of proactively calling me when the floor plan I wanted became available. That meant a lot.

Everyone I’ve met in the building has been very friendly, and the community overall has a great vibe. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning noise, but I face the pool and it’s been very quiet for me (and I was here in the summer) so I’m not really sure what others are referring to but to each their own. Yes, the walls are a little thin, but that’s true in many apartments unless you’re paying top dollar for a luxury high-rise. My neighbors have been respectful as well which speaks volumes when you're living in an apartment building.

You really get the most bang for your buck here and they're always open to improving things that need it. The management team puts on great community events, and the building has a nice mix of young professionals as well. After five months, I’m genuinely happy I chose to live here. Read More

Toured Alexan Braker Point in 2024, almost moved in, and chose another building instead. Spent the next year regretting it.
The other place had old finishes, indifferent management, and zero sense of community. I only picked the other place because it was inside the domain. Alexan Braker Point is the opposite in every way. Ezra, who leads leasing, was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful both when I first toured and when I came back. Living at Alexan Braker Pointe has been a really great experience. The location is hard to beat—being right off Mopac makes commuting and getting anywhere in North Austin super easy.

The best part for me has been the amenities. The gym has plenty of space and good equipment, and it is always kept very clean, which makes working out convenient. The property management also puts on some really fun community events, which is a nice touch and makes the complex feel like a real neighborhood. I really enjoy living at Alexan Braker Pointe. The location is perfect for me. It is right off Mopac, which makes driving around Austin very easy. There are also plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping areas close by. My apartment is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of space.

Beyond the beautiful apartment, the amenities and the staff really set this property apart from others in North Austin. The team that works here is also wonderful. Whenever I have a question or need a small... repair, the office staff and maintenance team fix it very fast. I also love using the pool and the gym because they are always kept very clean. It is a very peaceful and friendly community, and I am happy to call it home.

We’ve been at Alexan Braker Pointe for over a year now and still genuinely love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and reliable, and they host fun community events. The location is also a huge plus, being within walking distance to The Domain makes everything super convenient. We’re highly considering renewing here.
