I've lived here 2 years and I've been really happy, planning to renew again! Even during COVID, they've had really fun and unique resident events that have been virtual and some that are social distanced. Like free food trucks, virtual bingo, and they've even brought goodies to my door! Maintenance is so good and fast, everything done the same day and the office staff is really friendly and goes out of their way to help with whatever questions I have. My apartment is really clean and quiet... and a really good price, especially compared to the other apartments around us. I highly recommend my apartments to everyone!

Worst Experience AVOID
Seemed great until I had a problem with a money situation I was going to be late on rent and I informed them ahead of time Instead of working with me they immediately started throwing around eviction warnings. Now it also comes to the late fees I was aware there were going to be late fees I am not dumb but I only had the money to take care of the full rent but not the fees Like I said I got into a bind with money. So here is my problem I let them know I am getting another check in the next week... and wanted to know if I could pay the late fees them for I hadnt gotten a check in 3 weeks and I was catching up on all of my bills. The lady told me that I should have not been able to pay without the fees and that I will still get fees at $10 a day until I pay the fees although my rent is paid in full fees should only be applied if rent is not paid... now ill be put more in a bind... DONT MOVE IN HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS JUST THE MONEY!!!

Awesome Management and Property!
Located right behind TechRidge Shoppes so close to everything.. right off of 35/Parmer. Nice quiet, clean,and constantly updated property with an awesome management staff. If you ever need anything TAYLOR is your girl! Been there 3.5 years and still love it!!

Wasp removal requestS under stairs were ignored. Daughter and dog were stung.
I've gone to the front office to inform them of wasps under the stairs in July, I was told they'll be sure to take care of it, but request was ignored. Nest was still there. Days later I've phoned them to put in a work order because the nest had become much larger, said they'll take care of it, okay, cool but it was forgotten and ignored. Messaged them again, their response, "Thank you for letting us know. Our pest control just came today so this should be completed. He sprays them and leaves... the nest so that any of them that return will eat the poison. Please let us know if more come back though!" They NEVER got rid of them. I see them every day that I gotta take my dog down the stairs, my dog was stung on balls.. Twice. I messaged them and it and left me on read. Today, my daughter was also stung twice on the arm. So my husband got rid of the nest himself. Had enough of their bullshit, "we'll get rid of it". The new management is never ending changing here and this one SUCKS this time. Because last year when my husband was stung twice, they removed the nest quite instantly..

Disappointing. Please avoid at all costs.
Short: Don’t deal with this leasing company. They are the absolute bottom of the bucket when it comes to honesty, ethics, and accountability. They lie, cheat, and steal very literally from their customers. Don’t be fooled and pay the price like I did. They are scammers. Just stay away.
Long: My roommate and I toured the place, and Taylor gave us our options for apartments that would be available on August 27th. We submitted our application online that same day. $280 in fees. On June 30th,... Taylor emails us the approval of our application and the lease contract documents. But when I went to read and sign the documents the next day, I noticed that the move in date had been changed to September 10th. I called and Taylor picked up. She didn't apologize or explain. She just said "Well... we have this other apartment available on August 31st." That was the last day of my lease. I said I would think about it. I went online to check on my application. The move in date was changed... 5 minutes ago, while we were on the phone. I would not have paid almost $300 to apply for an apartment I can't move into before my current lease ended. I applied for an apartment with the understanding that the move in date was August 27th. Then, they just changed it without telling me at all. On July 7th, my roommate went in person to the office. Again, no apology or explanation. All Taylor said was that she could offer us that other apartment on August 31st. My roommate agreed, so Taylor said she would send the lease right away. July 19th, the lease is finally sent to us. The next day, Taylor calls me and leaves a voicemail saying I need to sign the lease by the end of the business day today or she's canceling us. To call me in less than a single day demanding that I sign the lease immediately is simply rude. If the email presenting us with our new lease counts as an approval of our second application, then according to the email itself, we should have 3 days to look over and sign the lease. Instead, Taylor made me feel like they were holding us hostage. This company has repeatedly deceived us and made false promises without delivering. They don't own up to their mistakes at all. They lie and cheat in order to scam people out of their application money. This company is a sham, and they have wasted so much of my time, energy, and patience. I am so disappointed in the highly unethical and deceptive practices that the Bridge at Tech Ridge employs.
