Honestly, since Greystar took over, the apartment complex hasn’t been the same. The front office staff are often not very helpful and sometimes seem to lack professionalism. Many new rules and changes were implemented after the transition that, in my opinion, have not benefited the community.
It also seems like many long-term residents are choosing to leave due to management concerns, while new residents are primarily being attracted by the incentives being offered. It does make me wonder if... people would still choose to move here if those incentives were not available.
