The management here is by far the best that both me and my fiancé have experienced. They are very helpful, quick to respond, and the maintenance here is no exception. We were happy to renew our lease for a second year and hope to stay for a third.

I love living at CH MLK. The apartments and amenities are all so nice and affordable. It's like a little oasis slightly outside the city. Very peaceful and has everything you need and more. The staff and maintenance people are great, and the monthly community events are a wonderful perk. Would 100% recommend anyone to live here.

I just moved in Citizen House MLK a while ago, and I am loving it so far.
The apartment management is very helpful & the community is nice! The front office staff go out of their way to help you. The unit was extremely clean, appliances looked new, and it is spacious. It was in an excellent condition when I moved in. One person even asked me if I was the first resident of the unit.
I signed the longest option, 15 month lease, and I am glad I did not choose any shorter options.
