I love the location, the amenities, the size of my building (huge ceilings), the pool and generally the vibe of the building. Just wish that the building smelled a bit better - mainly just outside of the main entrance (where the dumpster is for some reason) and the hallways near the trash room

Building itself is nice, and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The office managers are responsive.
Sometimes the trash rooms smell quite bad, and it makes me feel for the people who live near them. Valet trash and recycling has worked great. Gym is decent but nothing special, and the pool is quite nice.
