Davies Ranch is an apartment community in Austin, TX
Today, I arrived exactly at noon for my scheduled appointment. After checking in, I waited for about 15 minutes without receiving any update. After those 15 minutes, Angelica came out and told me, “I won’t be long, I’m going to take them on a tour and I’ll be right back. Please wait.” She then proceeded to take another family on a tour, even though I had a confirmed appointment at that time. I found this to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. The purpose of scheduling an... appointment is to ensure that the time slot is reserved and honored. If another tour was going to take priority, I should have been informed in advance or rescheduled accordingly.

Excellent property
I had the pleasure of meeting Delaney McFadden, as she gave me a tour of the property and a beautiful apartment. She was very knowledgeable of amenities and was able to answer all of my questions. I have not had a very good experience at another complex and she reassured me that I would not have the same experience. I looked at may apartments but Delaney is the reason I would choose Davies Ranch. I look forward to being a future tenant.

Avoid At All Cost.
I would avoid at all costs. We had issues regarding noise throughout the night and it took months for it to be resolved. We had a storm and water started to leak through the window in the bedroom and through one of the smoke alarms which cause all the smoke alarms to go off. We have had issues with pest in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms. There has been a smoke smell in one of the bathrooms that permeates throughout the apartment. It has been over a month since we reported the smoke... smell and management has yet to resolve the issue. We are unable to use the bathroom due to the smell. The manager does not seem to care at all about our experience here.
