Worst complex ever

This place is terrible. My unit looks nothing like what I was shown when I toured. The appliances are broken and rusted. It took 2 months to get a working oven. Bugs everywhere, inside and outside. Amenities are never open. Office and maintenance do not respond.

My experience with the application process

I was unable to call them with the number on the site(tried multiple times during business hours), i then drove there to speak to them in person due to not being able to apply online, payed the 200 dollar application fee; got rejected due to collections. I then payed collection and sent over the confirmation via email, then I was then told I would have to start the process over, pay another 200 dollars, and contact there agency to confirm the collection was payed.

You get what you pay for here.

This is not the place. Lots of bugs inside the units. Dirty everywhere you walk. Multiple people doing work on cars. Nails everywhere in the parking lot. Front gate is broken. Fitness room closed. Pool closed. Leash free dog park .......lol. You and your family members deserve better.

Horrible place

I don't recommend it.
Its very dangerous to live there there are thefts every day strange people walking around dirt all around. The office does not react in any way they are only interested in money Terrible

Don’t recommend

This place is horrible, I moved here over a year ago, and got stuck.

I have videos and pictures for the building and the place. When it rains, you can’t walk in the backyard, as the place floods, so you’ll have to use the front door.

My apartment was flooded in the first month after moving in.

The building is not cleaned or touched for a year, so the trash made those huge spots and lines on the floor and stairs, it’s absolutely disgusting.

The trash ok the main street piles up next to the… trash can, so you drive by it everyday. People are fixing their cars in parking lots! :)

Packages are stolen everyday, so you have to pick it up from an Amazon box or have their delivery service deliver it to you (Fitch). I have videos of a neighbour picking ip packages from my other neighbour’s front doors, this place is really miserable. I also have videos of people just walking by apartments to steal packages, but then realise the ring cam is there and just leave.

The place is nothing short of the projects, with people drinking by the entrance of the building and actually leaving trash behind, so you’ll sometimes walk to your car by beer cans and the fast food bags.

when you sign the lease, you’re locked for a year, if you try to leave prior to it, you’ll pay a penalty.

You might sign a lease for a nice wooden floor apartment, but might end up with another apartment.

Calling the property management is not a good idea, it took me a year to have them turn on the AC in the gym! :)

This is my experience, not sure about other people!
