Overall, East Vue Ranch has been a very good place to live. There are some cleanliness issues in the common areas, and the gates at the entrances/exits break frequently. However, I think these issues are common to apartment complexes, and they've been only a minor inconvenience overall.

Nothing is too far away!! Only thing missing is a basketball court and or volleyball court. But gotta love the clubhouse and everything it has to offer!!!

Please clean the sides of the mailroom building as it appears black mold is growing. Additionally please increase the frequency to which hallways and doors in hallways are cleaned- they get excessively dirty. The doors in particular get so dirty that people can write on the doors with their fingers.
