I’ve had no problems since moving in! It’s really great living here! The community is awesome! The one and only thing if i have to complain is parking but i understand it’s fcfs. Pool and gym are great! Seriously love it here!

This rental has been a great experience so far. Beautiful pool , my 2 b 2 b is nice and very roomy. Love that we have washer and dryer hookups in our apt. Balcony is nice and maintenance is great. I have been here for 7 months and have met some wonderful people here at the pool. I would def refer this complex to others.

I love the amenities! The pool is gorgeous and the units are so good!! The one bedroom is the perfect size for one person or even for yourself and a partner. I highly recommend the oasis m, plus you can't beat those prices ;)

Monique in the office has been amazing and my maintenance request have been done efficiently and I am happy with what they did. I do wish they would pressure wash the hall area to our doors though.

Since moving in 3-4 years ago, this property has had four changes in management companies. Its unclear why, but it has cause several problems getting repairs done and maintaining consistent communication with the complex about said repairs. After recently changing units to have more space, it took several months to get our HVAC fixed and we were unaware of the issues until the day we moved in. We have yet to require maintenance since the most recent management change (1 month ago) so we cannot... reflect on their response time just yet, but we are hoping they will be more prompt and communicative about things like that.
