Flatiron Domain is one of the best buildings in the area for the price. We recently moved here and have been very happy with our choice. The interior of the building is beautiful, and the courtyard is especially well-designed and relaxing. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very walkable, with plenty of stores and grocery options nearby. There are also many yoga, fitness, and dance studios around, which makes it easy to maintain an active and balanced lifestyle. Overall, it’s a great place to... live with excellent value for the location.

Living at the FlatIron has its high and lows. First year living here was a breeze and found everything to be beyond excellent. Year of 2025 we hit a few bumps and bruises. Packages began to be stolen, staff was not very helpful with resolving the issue, and some parking issues with the garage. Debating renewing here due to this last year, but I would give the property 4 stars based off of location, because it is close to the Domain district but not in the mix of the noise. Another star comes for... some of the helpful residents that have been here a while.

We have lived at Flatiron for 3 years now. The staff is friendly, the maintenance team fixes issues in a timely manner, we love the amenities, the design of the apartment we are in, and I appreciate how many more social events they schedule which is something the tenants all wanted. My only complaint are the occasional noisy neighbors who do not respect quiet hours after 10pm. Either they are still hanging out by the pool which they are not allowed to do or they are on their porch drinking and... creating a raucous. I have had to call security a few times, but they typically address the issue.

My time living at Flatiron hasn’t been very long, but I loved this place from the first impression. The building management is great, the facilities are clean, and there are many amenities to enjoy. One of the coolest features is the pool table. The unit is clean and well-maintained so far, so good.
