Folio does it best to make a friendly and safe environment for the residents and the apartments come with a washer and dryer. They address maintenance concerns as fast as they can.

Great community very quiet and clean. Wish there was a lil more amenities here but it’s great! I love it. Never had a problem with the staff or anyone here.

A Home sweet home..We have found a place were we could rest and sleep with at ease..Our Experience has been great ??
The only downside is whenever the gate is broken but they fix it fast.

Overall a really great experience. Had an issue with ants coming in thru the baseboards twice since moving in but maintenance has always been so helpful and prompt with all of our requests. Will continue renting here if we can get them to stop hiking up our rent each year
