Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at Folio. The location is convenient, the apartment is well-kept, and maintenance is responsive. A few minor issues like noise and parking, but nothing major. I feel comfortable here.

Quiet, good place to live. There has been prompt response to service requests and the management is helpful. Gym is good as well. Since it is gated, it feels safe to walk around at any time of the day.

I've enjoyed living here, it's a clean, quiet, and well-maintained community. However, the limited number of shaded garages is frustrating, and management hasn’t addressed the issue despite repeated complaints.

Great apartment with a lovely location and very clean for move-in! Also good amenities that are kept clean. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five, is because during move-in, the leasing office would not respond to any emails or calls. Other than that, no complaints!
