Griffis Lakeline Station

I moved to Griffis Lakeline Station in 2017 from across the country, the location met my needs at the time due to it’s proximity to my employer. The leasing staff at the time was great! I’ve found that the location is convienant for shopping and entertainment as well as Downtown being a short drive away. The property and the amenities are very well maintained. I really like the pool and there’s a lot of space to be able to enjoy it. My really dog loves the dog park, if he had the option, he’d… live there. The maintenance staff are fantastic and responsive, any issues are usually addressed within 24 hours of submitting a request, sometimes even the same day. After living in my last apt this is ideal. The staff are great, maintenance is fabulous and they work with you if there is an issue. I have met some very nice people as my neighbors. People are friendly here. I have a nice one bedroom(not updated) but, so what. There is a nice greenbelt in back. I have only good things to say about this complex.

If there was a 0 or negative, that would be what I'd select. And the sad thing is I live here and have ways to go in my lease. First of the office staff sucks! They are unprofessional and their response to renter questions and concerns are horrible at best and unresponsive at worst.
Parking is a nightmare, most of the parking spots are reversed as covered parking, which in itself is not bad except they are more than the free parking and they are disproportional to the number of buildings and… unit occupancy. Residents have made several complaints about this to no avail. Their response to this issue is 'get covered parking'.
There have been several car break ins and the mail box and package locker center has also not been spared.
Residents are noisy, do not pick after their dogs, smoke weed and cigarettes eventhough the apartment claims to be a smoke free property and even charge a fee for this.
Residents leave their small kids to play unattended in the parking area. Several complaints have been made about this but nothing has been done. This is reckless and the part of parents who allow this and irresponsible of the office staff not addressing this. This is a huge safety issue and a preventable accident waiting to happen.
The renting conditions here can be summed as frustrating at best and painful at worst.

Mostly it's young people and i really like that ,The people are nice it's close to the fast foods and major shopping centers and the malls. Love it!!!
