Pet Owners Beware!
If I can give this place 0 Stars, I would. There has never been a greater regret than my decision to lease from Griffis Lakeline Station.
Pro:
1. An attached garage
Cons:
1. IDEA school - The IDEA School is right next door where during school they take over the apartment complex. Now for parents that may be convenient for them. However, it quickly becomes inconvenient when trying to come and go.
2. Thin Walls - Paper thin. I heard the water running through the pipes from my bedroom. I heard... the neighbor go to the bathroom, flush the toilet and open cabinets.
3. Upgrades - what a joke. You mean peeling wallpaper. Or some of the upgrades shown in the model aren't going to be in your actual unit because staff later states they don't know what's in each unit.
4. Parking Lot - The parking lot is dirty, and the asphalt gets all over on the bottom of your shoes and your pets' paws.
5. Stray Cats everywhere - I love animals, but I will say this I could do without the amount of the apartment stray cats.
6. Move Out Experience - If you have a pet or an ESA BEWARE! The ABSOLUTE worst experience. We were falsely charged for a complete carpet replacement. Yes, I said falsely because out of all the apartments I have lived in with my dog, I have NEVER, and I will repeat NEVER been charged because my pet "soiled" the carpet. My baby is house trained and has been house trained since she was a puppy. She is a diva, and she is not about to mess up her dwelling. She goes outside like she is trained to do. So yes, I can confidently say my dog did not soil their paper-thin carpet. The exact same carpet that was not new when I moved in. Old carpet. But we had the pet (that they knew of, because everyone reports their pets, right?) it's our pet that did. Oh, and we are going to pull back the carpet to make sure we find stains and it has to be you...despite the carpet being old carpet.
This is a straight up false accusation. They have photos and they are claiming it's my pet's urine. I work from home and am home 90% of the time and when I am not, a family member is home. Let's not forget that there was a leak in my bedroom that caused mold AND damaged to the carpet but oh no, according to Griffis Lakeline Station its pet urine.
We left that place cleaner, smelling better, and 10x better than what we received. So, if you choose to rent from here, make sure you pull back the carpet, don't want you to be blamed for something you didn't do prior to moving in.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to be transparent and fair in all move-out assessments, and we understand how frustrating it can... feel when something doesn’t seem clear. While we cannot discuss specific charges without confirming the details of your account, we can share that all move-out evaluations follow a consistent process that includes a final inspection by our management team, maintenance staff, and third-party carpet vendor when applicable. Stain and condition documentation is reviewed both before move-in and again after move-out to ensure accuracy and fairness for every resident. This is a standard procedure.
We also appreciate your comments regarding school traffic, noise, upgrades, parking conditions, and stray animals. We recognize how these factors can impact your day-to-day living experience. We will be reminding our team to keep the parking lot clean and well maintained, and we’ll continue to monitor and report any stray animals so they can be addressed promptly. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve.
We truly regret that your experience was not more positive. If you’d like to discuss any of your concerns further or review your move-out documentation in detail, please don’t hesitate to contact our community manager directly. We're here to help in any way we can.
