HardRock Canyon is a wonderful community. I am very pleased that I made my choice to move here. My building is 900 and I am happy with the apartment. The move in was not so stressful as the staff/Elizabeth was extremely helpful, kind, professional and I had a few items fixed in the apartment expediently. I am looking forward to enjoy the community. Thank you!

Grounds are nice and maintenance team is splendid but the office team is very disorganized and bad at communication. That is all I have to say.

My first time moving here was a bit rocky, but after those first 3 months it got better. I ended up having to move to a different building and was the best thing ever! There has been little to none noise coming from neighbors.

A solid 4-star place to live. Unit with great layout, lots of natural light, clean when I moved in, and quick maintenance most of the time. Location’s convenient too. Minor gripe: a couple small finish details could be better. Still very happy here and would recommend it to others looking in this range.
