Great place to live! Maintenance is wonderful here and the natural setting of the apartment grounds is so nice. People are really nice about cleaning up after their dogs and people are friendly.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities (gym, pool, parking, etc.) are well maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment.”

Location is great, and staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with the platform they are using to register our renter’s insurance. Online reviews of said platform suggest it is a scam, and the inability of residents and office staff to upload valid coverage results in repeated fines from Hardrock Canyon for non-compliance. This has happened to us, in particular, for the last three months with no end in sight (resident app still says we have no coverage), and there are surely many... other residents who aren’t even aware they are getting charged every month. I’m not implying that Hardrock Canyon is doing this deliberately, but their inability to rectify it is certainly cause for concern.
