Great place to live, location location, location.
Lots of amenities,
Been getting maintenance on the property. Fixing fences, roofs on all buildings.
Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly.

My first month living at Hardrock Canyon has been an amazingly smooth and pleasant experience (recently moved to Texas from out of state). The free amenities at Hardrock are great, from its fitness center (which I frequent 2-3 times/week) to its pools (one of which is a lap pool!). The surrounding neighborhood is also fantastic, from the two great grocery stores (HEB and Trader Joe's) to a wide variety of restaurants and other stores (Target, Barnes & Noble, Costco, etc.) Overall I am very happy... I chose Hardrock Canyon as my first residency in Austin, TX.

So far, I haven't moved in yet. But Elizabeth was very warm and welcoming in showing me around! The community seems very vibrant, and the amenities are very nice. That lookout is one of the things that got me to choose this place. I move in soon, can't wait!
