Hardrock Canyon

I enjoy living here at Hard rock Canyon. 2 beautiful pools, dog park , car washing station, and a nice gym. Everyone that works in the office are super friendly and always willing to answer any questions.

Never had a problem with maintenance. Very quick to get things fixed and working properly. All buildings just painted on the outside and it really looks good. Ordered new pool furniture can't wait to check it out while getting some of that Austin sun.

Location is perfect. Walking distance... to Trader joes, the Arboretum, tons of great restaurants and HEB.

Short drive to the Domain, lakeline mall, and even downtown.

It is a pleasant place to live, with not many issues to report. The Office is mostly communicative and the maintenance team is very nice and helpful

Lived in the community for a year…and love it more everyday! Very quiet, close to anything imaginable and great members of the community! Lots of recent enhancements to the property which were handled with fantastic communication and timelines. I can’t think of a negative thing to mention…the deer running around bringing nature to our views? Hardly. Can’t go wrong!

Complex is close to retail area that includes grocery, dining, movies, and other vendors. Also convenient to bus lines. Staff is friendly. There are often exterior features, like lights and entrance gates, that don’t work for stretches of time. The grounds are largely rocks or just dirt - the grass has gradually died off in the last couple of years. Dog park is large.

Fantastic location and beautiful, tucked away community with great green belt views. Big patios with a surprising amount of space for storage. Affordable and typically very fast maintenance response though lately has been a bit difficult to get maintenance out.
