This place is so great. The management team is awesome. Plenty of dog parks and a cool putting green. The amenities here are amazing. The workout center really helped me

We’ve loved living here and are sad to be moving, but one thing we’d recommend is improving communication with the office staff. It’s incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone, even when having an emergency. Also, being told we’d get astroturf this year and then being told we aren’t, by new staff, was most unfortunate. Also also, being instructed to remove our grill despite email proof of the office’s approval of our grill. Just bad communication and it can be easily solved.

Even trying to plant new grass in your yard and seeing that it did not take was... upsetting for us too! The apartment is nice. The amenities are very nice. Maintenance is pretty on top of things. The leasing agents are a little difficult to work with at times. They can be very difficult to get a hold of by phone, which can be an inconvenience when you are busy.

Love the property but maintenance is really hard to get a hold of and get requests done. Usually a minimum of 7-10 days before you hear anything back even if it’s urgent. But when they are in the apartment they do a great job.
