Low cost, quiet community, close to Lady Bird Lakeside, convenient location, near HEB. The construction around the i35 exit is a bit annoying.

Not best area, but rent is cheap. The room I moved into was not kept very well. I still have incredibly low water pressure in my sink. Overall not bad

My unit (4x4) ac cools down most of the apartment except my room. Tried to get it fixed but said theirs nothing to fix. Plus the upstairs neighbors above my bedroom stomp all day and night. I’ve reported it several times over the 2 years I’ve been here and nothing has changed.
