When I moved in we had to deal with Cockroaches from the previous people for two months. On top of that, the wood flooring has gaps throughout the apartment. The front office is extremely unhelpful, they often say to any complaints I’ve had that it’s “Not their problem”. They refused to fulfill part of my lease and give me a clicker for the gate (which has been broken a few dozen times). They also have yet to complete a single maintenance ticket. My room has very low flow of both heating and AC… and every time I’ve put in a ticket their maintenance worker has come by and asked if the water was running them marked my ticket as complete. On top of all of that, this is a very loud complex, my first few months the cops showed up twice a week and hearing gunshots was not uncommon. I’ve had neighbors shoot at one another, upstairs neighbors partying and stomping all hours of the night every night and at one point the entire property looked like it had just hosted Frat party based on the hundreds of beer cans littered throughout the complex and people passed out on the sidewalk. In all honesty, the only reason I’ve stayed the full amount of the lease was that it was cheap, but cheap came at the cost of much of my mental sanity and many nights of sleep. Not a recommend place to live. Maintenance is horrible, gunshots last night..

There are dangerous people living in this complex. I heard gunshots at least twice last year.
