Disgusting, roach infested, poorly maintained buildings
Abysmal experience renting here. Trash and litter all over the parking spots and stained hallways, sketchy neighbors, and tons of homeless people right outside the gate. Roaches absolutely EVERYWHERE and NOTHING you do will get rid of them! Office staff is friendly because their paycheck depends on it but any maintenance will take 14 days minimum and probably won’t fix your problem. I can’t wait until my lease is up, avoid this complex at all costs.
