Noise Complaint Upstairs Neighbor Aftet Hours To date i have submitted 45 noise complaints regarding my upstairs neighbor. Every night starting at 10pm, they begin stomping accross the ceiling making it unbearable to sleep. This not normal walking, as i expect some noise with apartment living. The stomping is so hard the pictures on my wall shake. I have lived here 3 years without any issues till now. I am respectful i follow the apartment rules.
