I wouldn’t move here again Location is the best part about this place. The elevators never work, the garage door never works and cars are getting broken into and stolen. Our mail is getting stolen. They did fix the rats problem Either the trash compactor is always broken or lazy neighbors don’t use the trash shoot and leave their trash laying around to fill up the trash rooms. Gracie and Tommy are awesome!

Terrible Maintenance Maintenance worker literally drilled metal screws into my microwave messing with its wiring and causing it to turn on and cook on its own.

Abysmal Communication & Repair Service The lack of communication from the office is insane. Problems get reported with ZERO response or follow through. Requests have to be made over and over and over again to get a response. Many times it requires an in person confrontation just to get anything from anyone. The lack of follow through when problems are reported is also majorly concerning. I was told the elevators were fine when I repeated reported them as not working. And here we are, SIX MONTHS... LATER and still no working elevator. I’ve reported a ceiling leak that’s causing flooding every time it rains. NOTHING! Not even a response to my emails. There’s a drain pipe that’s been lying in the yard for over a year now. It’s appalling.

Management is pretty unhelpful when it comes to resident issues. Also so many elements of Mosaic have just been endlessly broken or dysfunctional as long as I’ve lived here (2 years) — elevators, locks/door codes (which is a huge security issue btw, sometimes unhoused people roam the halls and car break-ins happen regularly in the parking garage), coffee machines. It’s not great but I guess that’s the price we’re paying here.

Cheap Management Old Building The bad:
Safety is a complete joke here, the tech fee should be reimbursed to everyone until the gates and elevators are fixed. Incredible how long it’s been open. Packages are stolen every holiday season and it’s a complete joke that there’s a camera installed that has paint over it, hilarious really. Newly installed code locks at entry points stop working randomly? I’ve triggered the little alarm at least 10 times, last time yesterday being 2nd floor of garage.... I think there’s no signal there which makes the whole system a bad choice in the first place. Glass is still there on 5th floor from car break ins. Continuous break ins btw. Elevator hasn’t worked for what feels like a year. Once it hit 3 months the whole system should’ve been replaced. Seems like cheap fixes have kept this from being fixed. Bike parking has never been reinstalled after management blaming safety for removing it. Created a problem themselves and instead of fixing it, amenities were removed. The roofs are quite literally collapsing. After the hail storm there were repairs which there’s no water inside the apartment anymore, but the hallways keep leaking everytime it rains.
The ok:
Apartment is ok but definitely does not fit the luxury or remodeled bars. Remodeling was installing ugly gray plastic flooring, gray paint everywhere. Not worth the price but comfortable enough to have no complaints. Gym is solid, except for lack of tv control. Pools are ok too but needs clearing of tree debris more often.
Summary: Not worth the price, definitely moving out. The property has much potential but cheap management makes any building fall apart. The building requires a good reinvestment from corporate to become a comfortable place to live in.
