Mosaic at Mueller

I enjoy living at Mosaic at Mueller! Over the past year, the new property manager and team have made such noticeable improvements, and it truly shows. Courtney and her team take wonderful care of me and my dogs, they always make us feel welcomed and valued. The community has such a friendly, homey atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable, you’re close to everything you need and the rent is very reasonable for the Mueller area. They also run move-in specials often, which really helped with my... moving costs.

The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the trash area can occasionally get a little out of control, but the team is always quick to clean and maintain it.

Overall, I’m very happy here and plan to continue calling Mosaic at Mueller home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area! Read More

The property is so nice and everything is really close. I can walk to HEB and the market downstairs. The property has 2 fitness centers, 2 pools...you honestly never have to leave!

Alarming Rat Infestation Issue – Do Not Ignore

If you're considering living here, think twice! The rat infestation in this property is absolutely unacceptable and a complete nightmare. My bedroom ceiling has become a rat playground—they run, fight, chew, and make unbearable noise all night long. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep!

The problem is even worse in the garage, where the smell is disgusting, and rats are visibly walking over cables. I’ve reported this issue multiple times,... yet nothing has been done to resolve it. The situation is only getting worse, and it’s clear management does not take this health and safety hazard seriously.

This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious problem affecting my quality of life and safety. If you value peace, hygiene, and management that actually addresses tenant concerns, avoid this place at all costs!

Would you want to live in a place overrun by rats? I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

The building is kind of difficult to navigate, but it's fine when you get used to it. The pools are okay, gym is silly levels of nice though. The area is also nice, plenty of trails and places to go nearby.

But rats(?) and mice.
I saw one, caught it, released it miles away, rinse and repeat, with the pest control called only after I went into the office in person to basically beg. They put one spring trap down.
I continued and caught 6+ mice, continually updating management and getting little... in the way of help. Pest control returned a few times but never really did much. I found the holes and management finally helped plug them up a bit.

When we decided we needed to leave but didn't want to break a lease we asked to move units and they tried to charge us a unit move fee which is I guess fair but seemed like a less than kind act after all that.

It's an older building but not so old that this should happen and the response wasn't great or helpful for a while and then only intermittently.

There's other options so maybe think of them. Read More

Terrible parking situation at this apartment complex. They changed to 3 separate towing companies over 2 years while living here. Each has a completely different registration process and they’ll still tow your car when registered it’s a $300. My car was also stolen out of the parking garage and the apartment refused to provide CCTV to the police without a court order. Turns out their cameras weren’t working during the theft. They’re current tow company will put massive stickers on your window... when your parked in your own reserved spot. Horrible experience, management is wholeheartedly unhelpful. Read More
