I love my apartment at Milo
First of all, the staff are wonderful! Twice when I needed some repair, maintenance was there right away!
When I had trouble applying online (fussy computer) Brittany helped me. She is amazing at multitasking, and is a positive smiling person.
Monica sat down with me at my request to help me figure out my budget. Being new to Texas, things are different. It was reassuring to know I will be OK.
The pool, gym, parking and city trail right next to the parking lot are wonderful. It's close to... the Domain so there are many places to explore.

Roach infested
The entire complex is infested with roaches and maintenance does absolutely nothing. Also nobody picks up the phone. Try for yourself and give them a call.

Worst Complex I have stayed at.
This is by far the worst complex I have been a resident at. There are pests all over the complex (hornets, roaches, ants, and rodents). My mailbox was broken for over 1/3 of my year at this complex with no communication on how or when they would fix it. Our water was shutoff on 5 or 6 separate occasions, including one time for almost a week. Again, with little communication from the complex and no reduction on rent. Almost all of my appliances were broken at some point (air conditioning, garbage... disposal, shower, toilet, freezer door). Please do not rent here, there are plenty of other great complexes in the area for similar price.
