Overall, I love these apartments and the location as well as how the apartments look. But in regards to the parking, I think it’s a little ridiculous to charge your residents so much and not have enough parking spots to begin with. People made their own parking because walking from different buildings is kind of inconvenient and then taken away because a few complaints were made. I’m sure people have also complained about not enough parking spots but I don’t see any solutions besides charging... people more.

We understand parking can be frustrating, and I did want to clarify that we do offer free parking throughout the community; however, those spaces tend to... fill quickly as they are first come, first served. The only parking fees apply to residents who choose to rent a carport or a two-car garage.
We currently have a garage promotion running to help with overflow parking, and we’d be happy to share more details if you’re interested. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office—we’re always glad to help!

Nexus at goodnight is a quiet complex that for the most part doesn’t have many issues. It’s in a great location to be near a lot while simultaneously being far enough way to not feel congested. Grounds pretty clean. No issues
