There are tenants who do not clean up after their dogs, but overall its a decent apartment. Washer and dryer in unit was a godsend.
The neighborhood is nice, walkable luxuries in the area. A little expensive, prices fluctuate.

The Pressler is the absolute best location. It is within walking vicinity to many delicious restaurants and easy accessible to the walking trail and Mopac. The resort style pool is amazing and it has a great gym. Our apartment is great as well, large living room space and kitchen. Wish there was a little more storage room & updated light fixtures in the bedroom / bathroom. Face the side of the train but can’t even hear it from the bedroom. Overall great experience!

Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. Noisy if you live facing the street and train but onlly when you open the balcony. Otherwide it's fine. I am on the 5th level so think it's ok. The space is huge almost 1000sq ft for a 1bd!
