Bad experience

Terrible experience. Poor management, hidden fees, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

This should be your last option

Absolutely awful place to live. The insulation in the units are nonexistent and due to that the electric bill was coming out to 200$+ every month!!! The place is infested with roaches and fleas; it’s so bad when you even walk to your car you’re covered in fleas. When brought to management attention they say they can’t do anything. The condition of the building alone is terrible it needs to get taken down and re-done it’s so bad. The crime is also very bad; our car got broken into and the “… security” doesn’t exist I’ve never seen them not once. There is trash everywhere and homeless people walk around the complex digging through the trash. People also drive their cars on the grass essentially making it nonexistent and so there’s just mud everywhere. The ONLY good thing was our neighbors. I’d give no stars if I could.

I'm a local realtor of many years sold house and moved here while I look around . It's been great quiet with ample parking .
I waited a few months to leave review to make sure

Dont live here

The worst place I have ever lived. Its infested with roaches and bedbugs. It's very dangerous. Gunshots are regular. I cant stress this enough. DONT LIVE HERE!

Rent at Own Riskj

While I never had issues with the staff themselves as they have been helpful, they do lack follow through and their pest control company is not up to standard in my opinion. I got bedbugs from the neighbor next door who was conveniently evicted (I did see cops talking to him for some reason) or just left back in June. I finally had to move out in October for my own safety and mental health because they never took care of the problem after the first spraying. Please be aware of the problem when… moving in.
