repeated safety issues & mgmt failure to address concerns.
Package theft has been ongoing in the “secure” mailroom for months. Boxes ripped open, contents stolen, debris left behind. Management admits contacting carriers “doesn’t help,” won’t install cameras, won’t call police, and says there’s “nothing they can do.”
More concerning: one of my paid storage units was emptied, the lock changed, and my belongings removed. I am NOT accusing anyone of theft, an internal error is far more likely, but management refuses to acknowledge that possibility or... explain what happens to tenants’ property when mistakes occur.
I was told to call police, told I was free to wait for an indefinite period of time for a meeting with the property manager, then eventually hung up on during a one-minute call with her. I am still paying for a unit I cannot lock or use.
