Great area of town. Wish my apartment had more windows that opened (only one small one close to the floor opens) I have an A1D floorplan, but otherwise it’s great!

I’m really enjoying all the amenities of the residence. It’s very convenient that there’s a gym downstairs and a swimming pool to cool off. I also like that it’s near grocery stores and restaurants. I appreciate that it’s near any of the bars and food trucks it makes socialising with other people easier. Brae has been so helpful in making my move as smooth as possible.

the area is unbeatable with the nightlife available combined with the access to the rail line and major highways. there's also nonstop growth with new businesses popping up to offer even more in the near future
