So far so good! Love the pool and the location. Moved in blindly never even seeing Austin before, and very pleasantly surprised. Love the dog parks, but only recommendation would be to have small gates in front of the building doors that exit into the park so that if a dog is off leash they can sniff before another dog just runs in.

Great area of town. Wish my apartment had more windows that opened (only one small one close to the floor opens) I have an A1D floorplan, but otherwise it’s great!

I’m really enjoying all the amenities of the residence. It’s very convenient that there’s a gym downstairs and a swimming pool to cool off. I also like that it’s near grocery stores and restaurants. I appreciate that it’s near any of the bars and food trucks it makes socialising with other people easier. Brae has been so helpful in making my move as smooth as possible.
