My Dream Place

This apartment is just perfect! It has many amenities that would make one feel right at home. A state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts and ample parking are just some of the perks of living in this place. The office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and polite and respond to the needs of tenants within 48 hours (but it usually takes much less time than that). The place is also located just 15 minutes from downtown Austin and has access to numerous shops,… food places and commercial establishments that are less than a mile away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment that has the best of everything at very reasonable rates. You will be very pleased with it!

Awesome Staff and Safe Place to Live

I've been living here for 7 years, ever since relocating to Austin. The apartments are well laid out, spacious, and, they have thick walls. In 7 years, even though I've had some young people as neighbors, I've never been bothered by noise from another apartment. Any issue gets a prompt response from staff and is addressed quickly. Management keeps us informed of everything that is going on, from work around the complex, to any issues. They are helpful and very professional.

I can love it more, if only...And I will!

Most of us fall for our new apartment. The new paint job, the clean carpet or "wow, is it new?", the toilet is spotless, new appliances, nice!, but after a few years you want that feeling back. You try to keep up with all the little repairs and getting that carpet cleaner from the grocery store is a challenge; so you call a pro. Wake up! You are dreaming. Go ahead keep dreaming, it will come true when the maintenance guy is done and after a hard day at work you appreciate everything they do for… you, effortlessly and in a timely manner. A million THANK YOUS to my leasing office personnel. You keep me worry free.
