Just Moved In

Just moved into SOFI and I’ve been really impressed so far with the Management team especially Caniece. The property feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are top-tier and everything feels brand new. The leasing team was responsive and made the move-in process smooth and organized. Excited to be here and looking forward to everything the community has planned.

Communication could use some work, following up with residents who are having issues accessing or using property on their unit, having maintenance come in and work on the home would be much appreciated .

The building itself is freshly new, but communication could be better, as far as keeping in touch/ base with their residents who are having issues with their unit appliances.
