How Is This Rating Determined?

Poor living

Mold, roaches and bad management. If you would like to live in a place where there’s mold growing and holes in the wall and they never answer the phone or fix things then please go here . If you actually care about your health and safety, DO NOT LIVE HERE . Terrible place. A cardboard box would be more sanitary than this piece of crap. Don’t waste your money guys .

not worth it

Current resident. not worth it. old dilapidated buildings. management doesnt respond or care. new management constantly. police are here at least 4 times a month. people don't care but there is a park. quiet at night sometimes but given the area not worth it. dogs poop everywhere and no action taken.
