Personally, I think this place is not so far from disgusting. It is poorly built and maintained. The price for an apartment at this community is too inflated for that matter. Residents, not all, deserve much more for what they're paying for.
Research on why you shouldn't rent here.
If you choose to anyway, be prepared to be disappointed.

I lived here from 2017-2019 and we had a roach infestation for the entire two years. We fogged, put roach traps and put multiple work orders for pest control but the entire building was infested. So it did not matter if we took care of our own apartment the roaches would still come back.

The gates to the apartment were broken and never fixed for the entire time I stayed at this complex.

Overall not a great place to live but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. The only saving grace for this apartment complex was their Maintenace team if you put a work order in one day it would more than likely be fixed the following day. Read More
