Villas at Bulverde

I've never considered an apartment “bad” until living here. I've only lived here for almost 4 months and already had a laundry list of issues. I want to clarify one thing first, I put ALL of the blame on management. Here are some issues in no specific order. I couldn't fit my full detailed review, but basically, things are getting stolen, management doesn't care, the site courtesy officer never gets back with you after calling the automated service, trash service randomly stops picking up,... maintenance will pressure wash the hallways and get water in your apartment but do nothing to resolve it, cameras at the gates don't record anything, so someone can steal everything from your storage unit (lots of big things) and they have no way of knowing who. Neighbors will be loud, even during quiet hours (10pm - 6) and neither the site courtesy office or the office will do anything about it. I've talked with other residents that said to move out ASAP (they were moving out) and that this place wasn't worth it. I don't disagree with them. Read More
