The location is convenient, with easy access to School, shopping, dining, and major road. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which makes it comfortable for day-to-day living.

The apartment was not clean on move in. Carpets were dirty(had chewing gums), AC vents were unclean, I had to spend a lot of time in cleaning the apartment.
When brought to the notice of management, they were prompt in fixing the issues.

Good community to live as its nearby to Indian markets Costco & HEB which makes it favorite for residents and nearby school Laurel mountain is also very good

Good community for family. However rent can be reduced for existing tenants lease renewals and maintenance services needs to be improved. Good playareas for kids.

The maintenance staff has been very prompt. However, they need to upgrade the units. Also, The security within the community premises need to be improved.
