Great place to call home

The Banks of Springdale team is the best! I moved from Seattle and they made the process so easy. They’re always so friendly, responsive and absolutely adore my dog Bentley — he loves visiting them everyday for his treats!

Very pretty property and great location

I love this property! It is very clean with super nice staff and a great location. The property manager, Ana, was super helpful with answering all of my questions about the apartments and the rental process.

Great Property & Lovely Management

I found this place while looking for a place for work and loved the property. The Banks has some good amenities, clean property and a wonderful and helpful management staff. Ana was very informative and professional while helping me find what suited my needs! For me half of a property’s value comes in their staff and I was very impressed. I recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.
