They try to nickel and dime you on everything. Poor management
The management is awful in this building as if something breaks that they are responsible for like a toilet they expect you to pay for any damages or cost caused by it. Seems like they like to nickel and dime people which by past reviews seems like it’s be a continuous problem.
It is ashamed as the acutual building is nice and I like the apartments. having the concierge and amenities is great as well but they charge a resort fee like they are a 5 star hotel or a condo which has hoa fees but... doesn’t make sense for a apartment. Bit expensive for what it is.
Until management changes to stop their nickel and diming ways with the goods things buildings does have can not recommend it.
Hopefully stuff changes so can do new review on building itself not how it is run
