Trash and No Parking
Trash is EVERYWHERE. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, and the trash bins roll all over the parking lot because there's no barrier to keep them in place. I'd be careful where you park because they're always rolling towards cars and people just dump anything there. Car sets, drawers, bar stools, and random boxes.
Parking is another issue. There are no parking permits, so the lot is constantly overcrowded. Cars are everywhere, and people regularly park illegally in the bike lane and even... in the fire lane. It's not only frustrating but also a major safety concern and makes it difficult for emergency vehicles to get through if they ever needed to.
The "dog park" is basically nonexistent. When I toured, I was told there was a dog park. In reality, it's just a tiny patch of mulch at the bottom of the hill that's only a few feet long.
The package service is a joke. If your package is delivered after 6 PM, it'll be turned away. I was even told I needed to sign, which is not a thing considering I've received the same clothing rental for the last 8 years and have never once needed a signature. To make things worse, my refrigerated medication was turned away because the apartment said it wasn't their responsibility. It was sent back to the supplier, causing a two-week delay, and when it was finally delivered through Fetch, it arrived warm and unusable. Wish there was an option to not pay the $15 a month for this crappy service as I now get things sent elsewhere.
Security is another major issue. The exterior doors are constantly propped open or broken, so they don't even require a code. On top of that, the front gate is constantly broken as well.
What concerns me the most is the patio doors on the first-floor units. The hinges are on the outside, meaning someone could easily remove the hinge pins and take the door off from the outside. That feels like a huge safety concern and isn't something I expected from an apartment that advertises controlled access.
Overall, for what they charge, I expected a much better-maintained and more secure community. Between the overflowing trash, overcrowded parking, nonexistent dog park, unreliable package system, and ongoing security issues, I wouldn't recommend living here.

We truly appreciate the feedback from our residents. There was a delay in services but those have been resolved, and we have seen much improvement with the dumpster areas. There are several options for parking, and we would love to discuss... availability of assigned parking, so you never need to be without a space. The established parking rules are being enforced - we now have a towing company in place to take care of vehicles that are in violation and additional communication has recently been sent out to all residents. The dog run is a convenient place to take your dog if they really \"need to go\" but we are located near a cool little park just behind building 2 that provides a lot of room for walking, running and playing. Let us know if you would like us to show you the way. We apologize about the medicine hold up. Fetch is a great system and will cater to your needs day and night. There are specific items (like refrigerated orders) that we welcome to have delivered by the provider of your chose directly to your apartment home. Please review the brochure provided about the package services to better assist you. Again, we appreciate the details and would love to have a one-on-one conversation to improve on anything that is still pending.
