Overall I had a pretty good experience living here. The apartment was clean when I moved in and maintenance usually responded within a reasonable time. The location is convenient and the building is generally quiet.

The Michael is a great place to live??we have lived here over 2 years, and have enjoyed many events, including food, prizes, movies on the lawn, etc. There is a phenomenal gym, with top notch equipment, and a free qualified trainer at the gym once a week. The pool is always clean, beautiful, and refreshing. There is a smaller, but more shallow pool to enjoy as well. The kids love it. The property is beautiful, with a natural stream out front, that draw in Egrets, as well as many other beautiful... birds.
Location is supreme. Right next to toll 45, not far from 183, and Lakeline train station is within walking distance.
The staff are very responsive and nice. Come here if you are looking for a great, affordable place to live!
